I run the front sag on my 996 at 30mm and the rear at 10mm with the rideheight set at 245mm.
But as the forks have been reworked with different internals and fitted in adjustable offset yoke to complement the longer Mag swingarm I'm not sure how a standard bike with these settings will behave
