Mines again possibly to new to be termed a classic but i'd say its a definitive 80's car. 1986 sierra cosworth 3dr, black, with only 42,000 on the clock. Had it 7 years now, hardly drive it but when i do its always a teenage dream fulfilled,a great old car imo
MG midget, Wish I had never sold it, Not much cop for getting yer leg over in but still has a place in my heart, May even buy another for the garage when all the kids motorbikes/quads are no more. glyn
Glynn, could make your day tomorrow.Got a cracking one for sale.Spent a fortune on it,virtually new body etc.Swap for some of that Italian junk in the garage and you,ll have space to put it as well
chap who has worked for me for 15 years has a MK1 Escort with a Cosworth engine in it.Putting Green injectors in it this week and a new fuel pump and remap should bring him up to 400bhp.Looks like a pretty standard RS 2000 from the outside
Got a 1986 911 targa in guards red with whale tail spoiler. Owned it for the last 5 years.
Prior to that I had a 1977 6.6ltr black TransAm complete with gold firebird on the bonnet and a red leather interior ..... right pimp mobile
Have you got a black leather coat that goes all the way down to your ankles too? And a furry hat, you need one of them too ... preferably leopard skin type pattern!
And I thought 14 to the gallon on a run was good. If I was in town with plenty of wheel spin it dropped to 8 mpg Forget the pimp look ... it was a very close copy to the car from smokey and the bandit. Only difference is that my car had a red interior and in the film the car had a black interior.
The 911 is awesome on fuel. Will do just over 30mpg on the motorway at 85 ish.
Mood: My Jota goes rumpety rump! & I have my wife exactly where she wants me!
I have a couple of friends that have Sunbeam Tigers, a Lotus Carlton (with only 4K on the clock) and a shed load of ferraris & masserati`s...............lucky sods!
