Mood: what a day, a year, a life it's been
I've fitted mechanical oil pressure switches in place of oil lights on cars in the past and it's a doddle. I ssumed it would be the same with the bike.

Mount oil pressure gauge. Wire backlight into speedo/tacho backlight feed.

Remove oil pressure switch.

Fit sender in place of switch. Fit capilliary tube to sender and gauge.

Stand back and admire handywork.
