Wooahhhhh, - so where the hell does that assumption come from???
The MT acts as one body (or at least it should). Part of the campaign against the MT was an accusation that the club was run by one person which was complete rubbish.
Individual management team members have no power except where delegated to act. We are a unit; a group, we follow democracy. You cannot have a club run by an individual, - well actually you can, but it becomes a dictatorship.
