The threat of legal action is always the best defence, even if it is a hollow threat.

Most websites just don't want the hassle, or understand the legalities, so will quickly remove anything that gets a whiff of the words "legal action".

But its nice that you're holding the joker for this one - his own email that repeats the obvious lies!

And the original photo`s that HE photo shopped, plus the original one before he got it...(saved from his original Hi5 account)

If this is a big hoax and he`s a "Victim" then how the hell would anyone get hold of his pictures of him obviously sitting in his bedroom , with his helmet on?

Its so obvious that he pulled some pictures of "Real" F1 Racers of the net , then sat for hours in his room, at his mums house and took pictures of hiself, in his helmet , at various angles , so he could get the pictures photoshopped just right...

Sad or what, the word NUTTER springs to mind...

Actually I still keep giggling about the photoshopped picture one of the PH Piranha's did with him in the yellow Reliant 3 wheeler. Class.

Anyway i've opened a book on when this thread gets deleted from DSC...

Within the hour, evens.
Today before midnight, 5/2.
Surviving until tomorrow 5/1.
Seeing out the week 100/1.

And the challenge is...
as i've now had the subject thread deleted from the PH site not once but twice now, I dare the next person to start it up again on there, but using aliases and elaborate smoke and mirrors so as not to actually mention you know who. Instead of 'Ths Scottish Play', it will be more like 'The Asian joker thread', or something. Oh and make sure you post a link back to this too...

Dear all,

A complaint has been lodged to the webteam regarding the possible posting of someones personal details that, to be honest I cannot see in this thread - apart from reference to the deleted Hi5 account.

I am only vaguely aware of any previous posts in that it involves some type of 'wind-up'?

Can I please suggest that any continuation of this thread is carried out on another website so that we can get back to motorcycling and Ducati's in particular.

Regards - Frank

Ha ha ha ha ha!

The "Asian Joker" obviously is reading this thread and doesn't like the fact that he's been caught out and this thread will stay here for all to see. What a toss3r.

When will people realise that our Government have already shafted us with any attempts at privacy, as *everyone's* details are out on the internet if you know where to look for them. For example, the Electoral Roll is out there, so you'd only have to know a surname and an area to find their home address. Then you can use a reverse lookup to find out a phone number, or just search with names to find other details - Friends Reunited, MySpace, Hi5, etc, etc. If you want to remain anonymous, don't go posting your own details and pictures all over the internet!
