Push the plunger into the coupling, below the plate, and then the plate/spring etc. are free to pull out. Don't lose any of the bits though
You need to position the plate so that the pin can be pushed through though but it's pretty self evident.

Am unable to push the plunger below the plate must be different to the ones you use, so still stuck!
