Just a reminder and for those who may have not seen this when I first posted it.

I have just been contacted by the organisers. They would like a commitment as they need to put together an agender to send to the printers for the flyers to be printed.
If I don't get a better response I will have to say we won't be going, which is a shame as it was a good event last year.
