sorry to hear your unwell.
My uncle has been real ill for the last week, and they suspected he had it but on further tests said it wasn't after all.
Whatever it was, he has no idea where he picked it up from. No warning, just woke up last Sunday feeling *****e and he has been wiped out all week.
