Ducati themselves make riser plates to sit under the existing bars, I did find a set on Ebay but they have gone missing now - sorry...

Here are the plans to make your own however:

Giles also do a Variobar system that offers lots of adjustment.

If you are still thinking of doing this[haven't yet], you could just get a monster upper triple clamp. add some bar backs from a different vendor and you should be pretty close. Just grind off the guage mounts if they interfere with your guages. Use them for something else if they don't. I had one off a 620 monster on mine for a while, but most of them will fit.

Mood: Looking for a one way ticket to the 'Ring.
the later ST3/4s ones went on the legs rather than the top yoke, so at least you can use these and get some adjustability.

I've changed my yokes and fitted the above bars and have the original fairings still.

I may have a set of raiser plates somewhere if that's the issue.
