Providing it isn't Snett or Brands (to far away) you can have a deposit for two when ever your ready.

I have to admit I was suprised at the lack of intrest this year. It was on a Saturday for £99 at Cadwell. Only myself and Bionicle turned up to represent DD which seemed crazy as we where racing there not long after.

I think that you will find that the date will come through in January, once the race callendars are confirmed.

That way people will have plenty of time to get their booking in!

maybe the short notice and its such a long way for 1 day contributed Neil

if the dates are out earlier then hopefully this year will be different; and what's wrong with Brands?! Its a track under 2 hours for me so gets my vote

Brands full circuit would be worth the drive down for me but i am just as happy with the likes of cadwell

When we raced there this year the hire cost for Oulton were
£17.5K plus VAT for the Friday and I think Dave Mabutt said it was £21k + VAT for the Saturday.
With it costing more in the main summer months
So wouldn't be cheap and chances are other bikes would have to be allowed to make the day pay for itself

so when are we likely to know (says Mr Impatient at the back)?

Donnington may be a good call, before the DD round if there is one would be nice and ensure good attendance....if I were organising it it would be before a DD round at a track DD goes to

but I'm not

But wasnt last the trackday a MSV event really last year......? As they did the actual trackday official organisation, not no limits, hottrax etc. So what has cost of trackhare got to do with it? Its te cost of the day to ducati riders (chargeed by MSV) thst the club should be concerned with. Please dont go the route of trying to hire a track by ourselves, just another disaster waiting to happen.

Anyway, it may clash with a nice little weekend at mugello.... now that is one trackday I wont be missing.

Hi guys,Im a newby so would just like to wish all members and especially racers a happy new year,I hope to be doing all the rounds of this years championship,
I have already met Neil Appleby and if all the lads are as friendly and helpful as him it should be fun and a real adventure, looking forward to Brands as not ridden there.
