| Be careful when applying Nikwax - a few years ago I waterproofed a tent with the stuff and at that time you couldn't get it in spray form so it had to be applied with an old cloth soaked in the liquid. It meant that my hands were waterproofed for 4 days afterwards !!  It was very difficult to hold onto the knife and fork that week......  |
