I have a MY 2000 996 with the following:

54mm Sil Motor Carbon pipes
FIM chip setup by Neil Spalding of Sigma Performance along with the full grunter spec found here
14 tooth front sprocket
Lightened flywheel
Lever placement after the removal of the pin (SOOO much better)
Carbon tarty bits (front mudguard, swingarm protector, heel plates, hugger with chainguard)

Next is suspension and then California Superbike School ... then a slipper .... (depending on plans being concocted ..)
