I Agree with Ant, there are some very good welders about, have a word with Italia in Lincoln, they will recommend a welder. When my wife dropped her monster, they had a painter re do the frame, you could not tell it had been down the road, there was also a small amount of welding done, again you would not know it had been done.
Also if you changed the frame, the insurers would want to know what had happened
I wll pop a couple of pics up when I get onto my computer later to show before and after pics.
