| Usually pay when delivered in my experience. You might be lucky but the best way to avaiod the taxes is to get the sender to describe the goods as "replacement parts supplied under warranty". On another note we've just heard that one of the thieving scumbags who robbed my Mum twice earlier this year went down for 7 years. Guess that means 18 months in real terms but at least the piece of trash is off the streets for a while. Nicked any untaxed Pikeys lately ??   |
