Stainless Steel Clutch prings
Do Ducati Performance do a set of stainless steel clutch springs, I was looking at mine on my 998 and as ive got an open clutch cover the springs have started to go rusty.

I have seen some aftermaket ones for sale but Im worried that if I fit these and I susequently have a problem with the clutch it may invalidate the warranty.

If Ducati do them any idea how much for a set ?

Didn't Nelly (Cornerspeed) do these as well? I know he does the stainless wheel nuts, but I'm sure I remember him saying something about them.

Maybe if we say his name three times he'll appear...

Hello there...........:P
Yes, I did have some. I don't have any in at the moment though.
Stuart at Spareshack is my source for them though, so it may be easier to get them from him direct at the moment?

I can certainly vouch for them. Quality pieces of kit.

Most of the usual aftermarket suppliers will do S/S springs for the big dukes.

here`s mine on the 998, I also had some S/S spring retaing caps made as well.

Where do you get your springs and caps from?

Is the red plate a slipper clutch or coloured pressure plate?

Is that a DP vented cover?

Sorry for all the questions

Thanks
