I'm not a happy bunny.  My insurance was set to run until mid September but as I can now be included on my boss's traders policy I've cancelled it.  
  Although I paid the policy in full from the outset, I've just had a letter telling me 
I owe them £16.32.  Can't be right I thought.  So I've just phoned them to question it.  Apparently I'm owed about £8 back in refund but they charge £25 cancellation fee.  Wish I'd known.   I'd have left the policy to continue, it wasn't costing me anything, but they won't re-instate it now. 
 I've had a look through the paperwork I've got left (I returned my certificate of insurance naturally) and I can't find anything about a cancellation fee.  Anyone else been there, done that?
