996 setttings for Ohlins - help wanted!

Following my leaking fork seal at Donny, I whipped the forks out and had them and the rear shock serviced.

Obviously I made note of my settings beforehand, but the shop suggested they were a bit strange and had given me a more baseline setting.

I did Cadwell on Wednesday, and the bike was 'orrible. It wallowed on the bump into Coppice, and felt very loose elsewhere.

I gave myself 3 more clicks of comp damping on the back and 1 full turn of preload and it seems that's going in the right direction. It's definately heading the way of my original settings.

The question I wanted to ask was what settings do other owners use? The bike is a 996S with Ohlins R&T forks and a piggyback rear shock. I weigh in at around 15 tons (sorry stone)
