Clutch Noises!

Hi All!

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on a little 'niggle' of mine?

When setting off, quite rapidly, from a standstill my '03 749s makes, what can only be described as, a graunching noise!
The bike has a Bucci slipper cluch fitted and until now I thought that it was just the clutch giving a little as I fed the clutch out!
This, it seems, is not the case as i went out today with a friend who has owned a 749 and currently has a 999 and he tells me that both of his bikes make the exact same noise?

Can anyone comfirm whether this is a brand trait, is it particular to the '9 model range, or, God Forbid, is it particular to my bike!!

Appriciate you views guys & safe riding!
Steve
