Application in the local paper today, A339 Alton/Basingstoke for 40mph/50mph speed limits. 40mph on outskirts of Alton & Basingstoke and 50mph for all the rest  Also Hants police have announced their intention to have a high profile on the A339 Alton/Basingstoke & A32 in the East Meon Hut area at weekends throughout the Summer. Paying particular attention to motorcycles that use these roads at speed! Now don't all rush out and buy a Yellow bike   |
