It might be useful to include a copy (photos) of any documentation you already have which shows the VIN on it to prove ownership.

Many thanks for the response. I do have the COC, which has been supplied to the DVLA, and I can only assume they have not actually read the manufacture date on the document.....


I'll draw a big ring around it and resubmit.
