The ventura bracket will sit between the subframe mount and the undertray. You then put the bolt through from underneath and put the nut on the top of the subframe.

If you take the rear bracket out and line it up with the bike, you'll see which three you need to remove - the side ones are obvious (these hold the undertray to the subframe) and the middle one is one of the nuts that holds the number-plate bracket in place, if I remember correctly.

With these three out of the way, slide the rear bracket in between. This is the fiddly bit but you don't need to take anything else off to do it.

Then you just use the supplied bolts to keep everything in place.
