Mood: 900 went 999 gone, Multi came and went, 749 Nero now
Just bought this clutch cover (Fitted pics added)

looks good and the feedback stacked up so took a chance.

If it was milled from billet....you think he would of made it thicker ie stronger! (i heard a cynic say its just a machined std cover thats anodised!)

If it was from billet, they cost normally a lot more than that.


Just looked, billet ones normally £100 ish upwards

Thought standard ones were pressed steel ... if so steel can not be anodised.

If it anodised it must be ally.

There was a guy selling standard covers with holes cut in them as a cheap version of a cut-a-way cover.

My standard one is steel. Were aluminium ones just fitted to certain years/models?

I thought ally ones were aftermarket items only, hence why I think the one on e-bay can not be a standard cover that has been cut.
